Binding & Finishing

Some of the biding services provided are the following:
- Saddle Stitching (Saddle Stitched)
Saddle Stitching is the most popular type of binding, as it is highly automated and suitable for short or long runs. The ‘stitching’ refers to two wire staples that are ‘stitched’ into the booklet. - Loop Stitching
Loop Stitching is basically the same as Saddle Stitching but with 2 or 4 loops for inserting into a ring binder. - Perfect Binding
Perfect binding is an adhesive based binding method. It is the easiest and least durable way to produce books, and is how most paperback books are bound. Perfect binding gives a fabulous looking ‘square’ edge to books and thick magazines, catalogs, annual reports and technical manuals. - Hard cover binding
Case binding is also known as hardcover binding. It is named so because the books are constructed using a hard outside “case” in contrast to the paper used for the covers of perfect bound books. - Wiro Binding
Wire-O Binding, also known as Twin Loop, is an attractive method for joining the pages and cover of a bound document. Also, it can accommodate pages and inserts of varying thicknesses, including dividers or index tabs made from heavy cardstock. Wiro Binding is commonly used for reports, training manuals and catalogues. - Cutting To Shape
Die Cutting is an incredibly versatile process and is used for creating a huge array of different products. From putting a simple crease in a Brochure Cover, to creating complex blotting paper shapes and presentation folders.
